We get it — life is busy, and shopping for your little one should be stress-free. That’s why we offer easy returns and full refunds on most regular-priced items. Here’s the quick overview:

💻 Online Orders (Canada)

Full refunds available within 14 days of delivery.

• Request a return at: https://account.northgirls.ca
• We’ll send you a pre-paid return label.
• A flat $9.95 CDN ($15.00 USD for US orders) return shipping fee applies (deducted from your refund).
• Items picked up or returned in-store follow our in-store policy (see below).

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
• No signs of wear (including perfume, deodorant, or makeup).
• Northgirls return tag (if provided) must be intact.
• The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Baby shoes, hair accessories, hats, socks, tights, undergarments, swimwear, pacifiers, and jewelry.

🛍️ In-Store Purchases

• Regular-priced items (except dresses, partywear, and baby shoes) can be refunded within 14 days.
• Dresses & partywear are final sale, unless you request a Northgirls return tag at the time of purchase — then you have 14 days for exchange.
• Baby shoes are final sale.

🏷️ Sale Items

• Items on sale (up to 30% off) can be returned for store credit within 14 days.
• Items marked 30% off or more are final sale.
