Life is busy, and shopping for your little one should be stress-free. That’s why we offer easy returns and full refunds on most regular-priced items. Here’s the quick overview.

💻 Online Orders — Shipped

Full refunds are available within 14 days of delivery. You have two return options:

1. Return In-Store — Bring your item to any NorthGirls location, free of charge. No pre-authorization needed and no return fee.

2. Return by Mail — Click “Request a Return” at account.northgirls.ca and we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Your return shipping fee depends on the refund you choose:

Store credit → FREE. No return shipping fee when you choose store credit (Canadian orders).
Refund to original payment → $14.95 deducted from your refund (Canadian orders).
U.S. orders → $25.00 USD deducted from your refund.

Please note:

Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your return authorization, or the return won’t be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is refused at delivery, you’ll be responsible for the full return cost charged by the courier.
U.S. customers are responsible for claiming duty refunds from the U.S. government.

💻 Online Orders — In-Store Pickup

Orders placed online and picked up in store are treated as in-store purchases and follow that policy:

Regular-priced items (except dresses & partywear) can be returned for a refund within 14 days.
Dresses & partywear are exchange or store credit only within 14 days — no refund to original payment.
Sale items are final sale.

You have two return options:

🛍️ In-Store Purchases

Regular-priced items (except dresses and partywear) can be returned for a refund within 14 days.

Dresses & partywear are final sale unless you request a NorthGirls Return Tag at the time of purchase — then you have 14 days for exchange or store credit.

🏷️ Sale Items

All sale items are final sale.

📦 Return Conditions

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging
Free from signs of wear (including perfume, deodorant, or makeup)
Returned with the NorthGirls Return Tag intact (if one was provided)

The following are final sale and cannot be returned: baby shoes, hair accessories, hats, socks, tights, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, and all Tutu Du Monde, Ooh! La La Couture, and LoveShackFancy items.
