Return Policy 

Juggling our lives and our kids is busy and we want to make it easier for you to shop with us stress free. 

We offer FULL REFUNDS on most purchases. The details and product exceptions are in the information below. 

Please be mindful that we are a small boutique curating a selection of  beautiful girls clothing, both formal and dressy casual.  We carry limited quantities in our collections. Although it is always tempting to order multiple dresses and multiple sizes, please be courteous to other customers by purchasing what you actually need.  If you need help with sizing and styles, please feel free to give us a call at 416-519-9084.

 

ONLINE ORDERS POLICY (Canada, USA & International):

For online orders that are shipped, all regular priced items may be shipped back to the store within 14 days from the date of arrival for a FULL REFUND.

A  Return Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and shipped back to the store within that time.

*** PLEASE NOTE:  Online orders that are picked up at the store OR returned at the store (not shipped back), follow the in-store purchases policy. 

An RA is not required if the item is returned at the store.

 

SHIPPING FEES:

Canada: We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. You will be charged a flat shipping rate of $11.95 for shipped online returns.

United States & International: You will be responsible for return shipping fees. All orders must be returned USPS with adequate insurance and tracking.  You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving  your order.

To avoid incorrect customs and duty charges please mark your package as  "RETURNED UNWANTED CANADIAN MERCHANDISE" on the customs declaration form. Items that do not have this designation may be charged additional duties and fees which will be deducted from your refund.

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

INSPECTION & REFUND:

Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products. Items not accepted due to wear or damage will be returned to you at your shipping cost.

A thorough inspection of the item will occur at the store prior to refund. Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. The 360 ID Tag must be attached and untampered. There must be no damage (including perfume, makeup or deodorant remnants) to the product. Baby shoes, hair accessories. hats, socks & tights, undergarments, swimwear, pacifiers and jewelry are a final sale.


SALE ITEMS
may be exchanged or returned for a STORE CREDIT within 14 days of receiving your order. Items 40% off or greater are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES POLICY:

All regular priced items (excluding Dresses, Partywear & Baby Shoes) may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a FULL REFUND.
Dresses & Partywear
may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a STORE CREDIT. Baby shoes are a final sale.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS:

Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage ( including perfume, makeup or deodorant remnants) to the product. Where applicable, the 360 ID Tag must be attached and untampered.

There are no refunds/exchanges/credit on hair accessories, hats, bags, socks & tights, undergarments, swimwear, pacifiers and jewelry.
